I feel like we are watching the tailend of his career. It is sort of like watching the iceman. He is not nearly the physical specimen he once was and was getting worked by rogers prior to that shot.
I just feel that if he was fighting in the UFC he would lose sooner rather than later. Discuss…
Fedor fought a dude 4 inches taller, I’ll guess had about 3-4 inches of reach, had +30lbs of weight on him. Remember that
Fedor got his nose smashed right out the gates with one jab. He also got swept by Rogers who did some nice GNP but none of that hurt Fedor. Rogers did control the clench due to his size but he did no damage with it.
Rogers put up a good fight but he couldn’t weather the storm. Rogers survived an armbar, some GNP, also a flurry of heavy punches on the feet.
In the end, the same punch that KO’d AA, Tim Silvia, and Zulu showed itself in this fight.
I didn’t see what you saw Dirt. Fedor is still in his prime.
He needs to fight in the UFC and face some top flight competition. Specifically a constantly improving Brock who is twice the athlete with a quarter of the skills… but he’s getting more skilled and that would be a super fight… millions and millions in that
